If you are not pleased with your purchase, simply ship it back to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price (this does not include your original shipping and handling fees, and does not apply items marked Special Order). Read below for details.

Directions for General Returns (Excludes Special Order Items):

We must receive your returned purchase within 14 days of receipt in order to issue a refund.

After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card or paypal account used to purchase the returned item(s). We do not accept COD returns of any kind.

• Returning General Merchandise
  1. Please email returns@JovialKids.com stating the order number, products to be returned, and reason for return. We will reply with a Return Authorization (RA) Number and the correct address to mail the specific products back to.
  2. Pack up the merchandise you are returning, including the original packing slip. All returned items must be in their original purchase condition including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories. Any item that you receive with tags attached to it must be returned with those tags in their original, attached condition. All packages, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.
  3. Please ensure the RA Number is clearly printed on the outside of the packaging. Ship your return package using the carrier of your choice. For your protection, we recommend you insure your package against loss and request delivery confirmation.
  4. Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will credit your credit card or paypal account with the full purchase price of the returned item, excluding shipping and handling charges.
• Special Order Items are made to order and are sent to you directly from the manufacturer. As such, they are non returnable, non refundable, and orders cannot be cancelled once we place the order with the manufacturer. On the rare occasion that an item arrives damaged please contact us within 5 days of receipt, and we will arrange for the return and replacement of the item(s).

Directions for Special Returns:

• Late Returns: We must receive your returned merchandise within 14 days of your receipt of the item. Items returned after the 14-day return period will be rejected, and your package will be returned to you. Should we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep the merchandise and no credit will be issued.
• Damaged or Defective Merchandise: If you believe a product was shipped in error from JovialKids.com, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in transit, contact us at returns@JovialKids.com or call us toll free at (866) 451-4797. Note: All returns must be made within 14 days.
